9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level.
Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. I have tried many PDF editors and to be honest this has the best user experience and least learning curve. I will recommend to others. The pricing is good and the fact that paypal is an option is awesome. Others only accept credit cards.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

As good as DocuSign
Allows you to create pdfs that with blanks in order to easily fill out.
There are no free versions, so you pretty much just hope that a business has taken the proper steps to acquire this and utilize it.
