The service is great and the price for fax service is much less expensive than other companies. I love the fact I can fill out documents then email, fax, or file them away.

I found that PDFfiller allowed me to fill out & print tax forms that were not supported by my tax software.I do wish that your service was bit more straight forward in the pricing. I almost didn't sign up because I felt tricked into using the form thinking it was free. A free form or 2 and I would have signed up 100% no questions. Allowing me to fill it out first then charging me was more like a 50% chance I was going to sign up & pay.

Everything has worked great and while I honestly don't know what there are companies that still use Fax, they do exist and I need to work with them. Love PDFfiller and everything it provides.

Overall, it was good. Saying it is free is misleading. I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free". The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? Ease of use is great because I am a one-person office, and don't have access to a lot of office machines, so this works good. I just have to figure out how to get it to scan.
