I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. The support team responded immediately to my questions and I knew I had 24-7 access to them which is important to me as I often work late at night. That is actually priceless. Only thing it is lacking is the OCR - If it would have had this ability to edit scanned pdf document like PDF element - then it would have been the best!

It works good but is clumsy to figure out some things should be easier like saving an altered document to your computer. Currently I have to pretend to print it then in the printer tell it to save as a PDF to my computer instead.

The instructions were clear and the mechanisms to enter and modify data was easy to understand and complete. I'm not facile with computer programs and this was easy for me to complete.

What do you like best?
The templates are really helpful. It can automatically be saved with new information.
What do you dislike?
The signateure date and initialling has to clicked for each time. Would like to be able to just click the option and repeat that option several times without selecting it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Can send out contracts and paperwork. Re-formatted the paperwork to be filled out electronically and it's much clearer.

How do I mark a bookmark?
Select text, a picture, or a place in your document where you want to insert a bookmark.
Click Insert > Bookmark.
Under Bookmark name, type a name and click Add. Note: Bookmark names need to begin with a letter. They can include both numbers and letters, but not spaces.
