You have to carefully choose where to type, the format functions are limited and the printing is a little awkward as you cannot alter the margins. However, it is easy to use.

An easy method of filling out and sending documents. Problem with sending document due to 'Bugs' in the system
It took three tries to send off a document and I still do not have a confirmation that it was send nor d I have a date in which the document would be received.
The concept is good as I can go to the website and complete a document and send it off. Still some bugs

The 12-hour clock is a time convention in which the 24 hours of the day are divided into two periods: a.m. (from Latin ante meridian, translating to before midday) and p.m. (from Latin post meridian translating to after midday).
Why do we use 12 hour time?
Why do we use the a.m.-p.m. system for telling time? Anyway, as near as I can tell, the 12-hour clock goes way back to ancient Mesopotamia and Egypt. The Egyptians used a 12-hour sundial to tell time during the daytime and a 12-hour water clock at night. The Romans also used a 12-hour clock.
What is a 12-hour clock called?
The 12-hour clock is a way of dividing the 24 hours of the day into two sections. The two halves are called ante meridian (a.m.) and post meridian (p.m.). Both names are from Latin, and numbered from 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11.
What is a 12-hour clock vs 24?
The 12-hour clock runs from 1am to 12 noon and then from 1pm to 12 midnight. The 24-hour clock uses the numbers 00:00 to 23:59 (midnight is 00:00).
How do I convert 24-hour clock to 12?
Converting 24-Hour Time to 12-Hour Time. Add 12 to the first hour of the day and include AM. In 24-hour time, midnight is signified as 00:00. So, for midnight hour, add 12 and the signifier AM to convert to 12-hour time. This means that, for example, 00:13 in 24-hour time would be 12:13 AM in 12-hour time.
