This is an outstanding manner to file. However, if the numerical partion could be exactly alligned it would be helpful, especially in filling out IRS forms

App produces error during install for smartphones. Should favor browser entry, or at least make link more prominent.
Also, the way that some of the advanced features are not available to a subscription is a bit misleading they way they are presented IMO... At the very least, the base subscription should provide limited quantities of some of the more advanced features... (monthly counter etc.) ~ Because the casual user may really benefit from these features (in low volume.) And there's little incentive to not just "get by" with the free services if they're not available.

What do you like best?
It works. Easy to use platform. I've subscribed for several years and they continue to make improvements. I tried docusign and this was just as good.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that it won't link up with business accounts on OneDrive so I can't store my files on OneDrive. Really would be nice to have them fix that! Also for some weird reason, the system only can connect with personal accounts. Sometimes, it's not easy to find my documents. Finally, the plug-in for Chrome doesn't always work well. Usually, it's just better to go into the app itself.

Compare the functionality you need to what it offers. I suspect you'll find it's sufficient.

Better than Adobe PDF!
Better than Adobe PDF and much much more affordable. Ideal for those with need to edit their documents but not too frequently.

Cut the paper trail and faxing
Instead of faxing documents, I just get them emailed. The documents are more clear, it's fast, and I can sign and fill in easy without needing to fax it back. I love the signature button.
This is so easy to use. Uploading and downloading is all I do now. My fax machine is obsolete.
You have to download it to your computer from email, then upload it to pdf filler - at least that's how I do it.

Good Features and Functionality
I have used this software app for every type of editing, creating, and converting imaginable and have yet to have something it couldn't do.
You can use the software for almost any kind of pdf editing, plus document type conversions. It is very easy to use without much training or help.
The most recent update added a step to get to your full document list. Wish they would have left it at the original dashboard where all your docs appeared without the extra click.

What is a draw salary?
Draw against commission is a salary plan based completely on an employee's earned commissions. An employee is advanced a set amount of money as a paycheck at the start of a pay period. At the end of the pay period or sales period, depending on the agreement, the draw is deducted from the employee's commission.
What is a draw pay?
A draw is a simply pay advance against expected earnings or commissions. Sales commission structures are usually designed to give an employee some control over how much they earn during a certain time period. It adds a direct incentive to performance: The more you sell, the more money you'll make.
What does it mean to be paid on a draw?
Draw against commission is a salary plan based completely on an employee's earned commissions. An employee is advanced a set amount of money as a paycheck at the start of a pay period. How does a draw work?
A draw is an advance against future anticipated incentive compensation (commission) earnings. With a draw versus commission payment, typically the only way for the sales employee to earn a higher salary is to meet or exceed specific sales goals in order to earn a higher amount than the draw rate.
Is a draw the same as a salary?
Salary is direct compensation, while a draw is a loan to be repaid out of future earnings. A draw is usually smaller than the commission potential, and any excess commission over the draw payback is extra income to the employee, with no limits on higher earning potential.
Do you have to pay back draw if you quit?
From what I understand, a draw is basically an advance on unearned income. If you quit and don't end up earning it, you might have to pay the draw back. The draw is designed to pay you a minimum wage that meets or exceeds the applicable (legal) minimum wage in your state.
Can a company make you pay back a draw?
The employer cannot recover the money from a future commission, so the only way to recover the draw is to demand the employee return the money already paid an unlawful kickback. Based on that principle, the panel held that the repayment-upon-termination policy was unlawful.
Do you have to pay back a draw?
Employees who received a draw were required to repay it, by deducting the amount of the outstanding draw from the next paycheck. Gregg's policy provided that upon termination of employment, “the employee will immediately pay the company any unpaid deficit amounts.”
