Blown away. EZ to use once figured out, and quite intuitive. Only a couple surprises where the DOS commands didn't always work e.g. cut and paste. The tool is a little hard to learn at first and takes some exporting and testing to settle on desired outcomes but was very happy with the end result. I canceled my use as i only needed it for one document but if i were regularly building docs like this i may have kept it.

The card reading company kept declining…
The card reading company kept declining every card I had even though they were all in good standing. Customer Service (online chat) tried several remedies. Still did not work. I needed to print the document I completed. Customer Service gave me a one time free print so I was not in a bind and will try again tomorrow from different computer to actually purchase the service!!Thank you!!

What do you like best?
It is so easy to upload a document and make any edits to it. It saves you work so you can continue to use the same document! You can email, print or save PDF. Super helpful for property management when you have several notices!
