The system worked very nicely overall. I have uploaded several documents now and found it very nice for completing PDF and Pre-made fillable Word documents as well. I only had one minor glitch the first time I used it, but have not seen it repeated in several usages since. Overall I would definitely recommend this if you have to regularly fill and edit forms.

Every now and then, I have difficulty aligning the text in the exact part of the open field area that I'm working on in the document.

pdfFiller has been amazing since I had to start working from home. It has allowed me to send in forms that I would normally have to print out write on and scan then email them back. This has cut down the middle man as well as saving me from getting a printer scanner and paper. It is time, cost and environmentally friendly.

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. How do I remove fillable fields from a PDF? If you are not in the form editing mode, choose Tools > Prepare Form. In the right-hand pane under Fields or the page view, select the form fields that you want to delete. Right-click and choose To delete, or choose Edit > Delete.
