When I started searching for a PDF to Word doc. a few days back, I downloaded 4 different trials and hated all of them!! They were not user friendly like this one is!! What do you like best?
PDFFILLER has been one of the best platforms I’ve used in client document transmission. The price is unmatched for the services available and the HIPAA compliance seals the deal.
What do you dislike?
The only downside is how long some forms such as registration can take to complete when adding in the initial fillable fields.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Many of my clients are throughout the country, so the ease of securely transmitting documents while maintaining HIPAA compliance is the best problem solved. I recently discovered the ability to have documents faxed digitally through the services and it’s cut down on my physical paperwork.

Worth the money!
The software is very easy to use from a smartphone or computer. Most people don't own a fax machine, so this feature is very handy!
The subscription is necessary, but now with many places of business using editable PDFs, it's not needed as often as I'd like.

Love the ease of use.
I would highly recommednd this product to any business person.
Initially, I was hesistant because learning new software is always my dread. However, once I signed on it was so easy. Makes daily document updates and creations easy. I can always find an Accord form I needed with this as well. And edit of pdfs are no longer an avoidance.
Sometimes there is a delay from screen to screen. But nothing to really complain about.

Great application! I was able to edit some incorrect dates sent to me by a reference who could not access the document for an extended period of time. I was able to get my document corrected and resubmitted without issue

I inadvertently established trial accounts under two different emails for PDFFILLER.. Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! Further, I would HIGHLY ********* PDFFILLER for any one needing to alter a significant volume of **** -- it is a very good product."

*** ****** is literally the best *** Filling *** out there. ******. All the functionalities of *** filler are remarkable and make doing business a complete breeze. Unfortunately the Platform I use daily - is cheaper however - isnt as functional as *** filler. So I tried completing my need with them as I have used them in the past. So I signed up for the trial - attempted my documents - I failed; closed the window and forgot about the subscription. This morning I woke up and saw the charge, I couldnt remember what Email I even signed up with. I emailed *** ****** at 5 am and got an immediate response with an agent ready to help. They asked easy questions and were able to locate my account and issue an immediate refund. I dont think there are words to express how incredible and unmatched that level of customer service is. It is difficult to find the exact years form. For instance, I searched for 2019 1040 SE and I got a lot of 2014 forms. I had to over search for the correct form.

New to this software but appears to be want I needed...
New to this software but appears to be want I needed working with the many aspects of PDF's for our website. PDF Filler offered an excellent annual rate. I am concerned a little about getting to involved with them. You see it happen often after one year with service providers the rates start increasing. Than you need to find a new service to merge your existing business with. We'll see. Overall though the company has been excellent.
