This is a good app. It could be improved with navigation that's a bit less clunky - more intuitive. I also wish there was a way to fill out forms without having to recenter, re-size, re-font the text so it looks normal in the document.

I was unable to embolden a specific part of my texts. Each time I select the target part, the whole texts are emboldened.

It really helps being Paper Less. I don't need to travel to me nearest FedEx to Print job applications and drop them off at the actual location. I can just download the PDF and fill it out to send right back .

Can my contract be changed without my consent?
A contract of employment is a legal agreement between the employer and the employee. Its terms cannot lawfully be changed by the employer without agreement from the employee (either individually or through a recognized trade union). Your employer should not breach equality laws when changing contract terms.
Can a job description be changed without agreement?

Can you change someone's job title?
How to Dispute a Job Title Change. Companies can change titles at will, as long as there isn't an employment contract in place. It would be rare to find a contracted title outside a union setting.
Do I need a new contract if my hours change?
If the company are making any other changes to your contract then they would need to consult with you, then cannot force contract changes on you. If you were not willing to agree any such changes then the company may require you to continue working under your current contract, and as such, under your current hours.
Can a company force you to change your contract hours?
If your contract limits your working hours/days (for example from 9am to 5pm), your employer can request that you change these hours, but cannot force you to do so. As explained above however, if your contract states that you can work these times, your employer may rota you to do so and require you to work these times.
How much notice does my employer have to give to change my contract?
Where changes are made to your contract, employers must give you written notification of the change within four weeks. An unauthorized, one-sided variation is likely to be a breach of the contract of employment, and the fact that the employer has given you notice of the change will not make it lawful.
