PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. A little overwhelming at first. Trying to send to a client to fill out a form but it seems a little difficult. A webinar would be nice. I am going through the FAQ with some success.

I've tried other programs to convert pdf files and it didn't work. At least you were able to convert from pdf to a document I needed to type and enter information on before submission. I would like to save my resume' in a docx. file without loosing the format. My resume is already created but I would like to make changes on it when I get a new job. Please help!!!

the only negative thing I could say is that I would like to have the font a different size and I have been unable to fit it correctly in some spaces.

Needed something to fill out a form in a hurry - it did recognise the fields, that's a plus compared with some others, LOL. Wasn't looking for any fancy features like faxing, but did the job. May only cancel IF I don't use it that much.

How do you modify a lease?
To edit a lease: Click on the lease you want to edit. From the lease summary page, click Edit unit. In the edit panel, you can choose to edit the lease type and change lease dates. If you change the lease end date, you can also select the option to prorate last month's rent.
Can you modify a financed car?
Of course you can customize a financed car, the title is in your name and the banks name. Also, if you change the paint on the car that is considered also depreciation. If your car has factory warranty and there are engines and electrical modifications then you void the factory warranty.
Can you change a financed car?
Yes. With Payment Swap you can change your car if it's still on finance — even if you're only halfway through paying it off. Negative equity is when the value of your car is less than the amount of finance you still owe. We can finance your negative equity in your new agreement up to a certain amount.
Can you modify a car on HP finance?
As the car is not owned until the end of the term you cannot sell or modify it without first seeking the permission of the finance company.
Can you paint a financed car?
In a word, no. The bank has an interest in your vehicle, but that interested is limited. You can paint the car any color you want. However, there are a couple of situations where the bank can tell you what to do.

Can I vinyl wrap a car that I am still paying for through financing? You can choose to have the entire car wrapped, or just select surfaces that are prone to stone chips and door-ding damage. You are only limited by your budget and imagination. Naturally, a full-body wrap is a more involved process.
