Only criticism is I tried to pay with my New Zealand AMEX and it was rejected and Amex NZ blocked the card sensing you were defrauding me! Payment went through via another card but only after the bank got my OK as it seems your company has some "black marks" and perhaps inadvertent links to some known fraudsters.

Good afternoon, I have subscribed to PDFfiller and have even been charged $20 yesterday to use this program, however, when I try to log in, my password isn't recognized. Also, when I try to go back to change anything on my form, I find it time consuming to try to do this.I don't have a lot of spare time at work & I really don't like using the typewriter, because if I make a mistake & find it later.. I can't go back and change it, hence PDFfiller.. It says a msg will be sent to my email, however, I never receive this msg. It's not in my Inbox, Spam or Trash folders. I would like to use this program at work, so I don't have to use a typewriter. Can you help me with this log-in issue? Very helpful!! Having this product on my day by day is being great. I convert a lot of documents from pdf to Word to review and compare documents. This make my work easier. The Support listened to my issue and tried to understand the problem. She persisted with suggestions until a solution was found and the programme worked. i appreciate how hard she tried to fix my issue.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
