Adobe for Life Overall, it's an amazing feature of the Adobe family that comes in handy for myself and especially in my industry where contracts are signed and requested frequently. So you're working on a project, job, whatever and you get a form that needs to be filled out, signed, and returned. It's a PDF file which is great because nothing can be edited off the original form. You're only responsibility is to fill it out and send it back, but you don't have a printer available, there's no fax machine around, and this form needs to be completed ASAP. The PDF filler is an amazing tool that gets the job done. Not only does it allow you to fill in information on any PDF file, it also allows you to upload your signature to docs as well. So while you can add your information to any pdf file, some of the files don't always allow for ease of filling out. For example, some forms allow you to type into blank spaces where words and information are supposed to go, while others have distortion issues and don't always allow for certain spaces to be typed into.

PDFFiller I like PDFFiller because it's easy to work between my Android phone and my computer. It's also extremely easy to email myself documents, reports, pay stubs whatever so that I can update them, edit them or have others sign off on them. At times the program lags behind but overall well worth the wait.

The check mark feature is cool but did not work as smoothly as I'd like. It sometimes just snaps out of the center of where I want to check mark.

Overall very handy. I did have a glitch in printing. When I hit Print Again, it made the page smaller and off center. This happened each time I hit Print Again on the CMS 1500 form, requiring me to go back and start from Print after each edit.

This is the greatest software for online documents I love that this software has been created. It's amazing when you need to do paperwork for something and can do it through email. It's such a hassle trying to complete certain documents and get them where they need to go if you don't have access to doing them via online I have no negative comments about this software

In all official purposes use the name as per passport. ... You must expand your initials in your passport (presently this is not a legal requirement); there is a chance that so many passports are issued in the same name with different identity.
So to be general, if you don't have a First or a Last Name in your passport then your entire name will be printed in the Surname field of your Visa. First Name: FLU (First Name Unknown) Surname: Shrines Raga.
In case you do not use a surname — leave the “Surname” column blank and write your full name in “Applicant's Given Name” column. Some Embassies (Embassy of U.S.A., etc.) insist on surname for issue of visa. If you use a surname you must furnish the same here.
There are many cases where travelers do not have last name/surname mentioned in their passport. It is not necessary to have it, but it is important to mention the same while filling up DS 160 application form.
Your surname is your family name. It is also called your last name. When filling out applications, type your surname as it appears on your passport, travel or identity document.
Name of Only Parent or Legal Guardian Then: Providing the names of both the parents was mandatory at the time of applying for the passport. Now: The online passport application form now requires the applicant to provide the name of the father or the mother or the legal guardian.
Initials and honorifics (e.g. Dr., Col., etc.) are not allowed. Enter the surname, if any, in the second alias name.
No initials should be written and all initials (if any) in the applicant's name should be expanded. For instance, for the name used above, writing the Given Name as P.K. JAIN or PUSH K JAIN is not correct. No honorifics, titles such as Major, Doctor etc should be written.
Do not use initials. If you do not have a family name on your passport, travel or identity document, enter all your given name(s) in the surname field and leave the given name field blank. Do not enter Not applicable, * or NA.
Here is the link to the Indian Passport office Passport Application Form |Print Application Form. In it, you will see there is a section for your name. You need to give your Given name — by that they say they mean your 'first' and 'middle name'. Then there is a separate section for your Surname (or family name).
