I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. In General, this product works pretty well and is easy to use. There are some issues with AOL not recognising the fillable form or adding a random.jpeg or .png after the.pdf.

Works as you would expect. No flaws, other than I would like to see a way to make the 'circle' option larger for when initials are needed. Great options here.

the biggest difficulty I have is when I am trying to re-order documents (move them left or right) -- it is just very difficult to see them. I wish the functionality allowed for enlarging the docs so that I could see what it is.

I was charged for a subscription which was, to me, erroneous as I had merely tried the sofware and immediately cancelled.
But on contacting customer service I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of their response and at the total refund with no qustions asked.
They go beyond the call of duty, many thanks.

The service was great and really…
The service was great and really useful! I've used it for the past year- I just didnt need it and couldn't afford it this year- the reason I'm giving 5 stars is because when I went to cancel it within a month of by mistake letting it renew- they (Jerome in the chatbox) were SOOOO AMAZING and helpful! With so many companies they completely dehumanize you and fight for ages when you try to cancel. It has given me immense respect for this company that they were kind and helpful!

I'm using the basic version which obviously has some limitations but it's good for the tasks I have in hand

What do you like best?
The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields...
What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.
