This has been a wonderful resource for locating, filling out, filing and printing out documents. I don't understand how to make the most out of the system and wish I could get a little more help (for blondes). But overall, a great experience!

Making the fillable PDF form available is the biggest asset and, with the signature and check-box feature the form is 100 percent complete and ready to print. This is a great product.

Great concept - I can finally share my documents with people. Although it would be good to be able to switch things off like the steps clip note as on some of my pages there are 300+ fields to fill in!

What do you like best?
I enjoy the way PDF is easy to use and allows us to send out documents quickly. We operate a few different locations remotely and we are able to send out important documents require signatures in less than 5 minutes! Support is great when needed but we seldom have any issues.
What do you dislike?
There are not many issues with it. It would be nice to be able to copy/duplicate documents prior to merging so we do not have to upload them once again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you work remotely, I highly recommend this program. We love being able to email employees and clients in a matter of minutes for documents requiring information on their behalf.

We are solving travel time and time with paperwork with all of the documents be readily available with just a click. Prior to PDF, we were having to meet with new employees for paperwork. Now, we are able to email them and have them sent back for processing. Our time is being used in a for efficient manner.

Pleasant PDFiller!
I use PDFfiller almost daily. I work in Accounts Receivable and customers frequently like to have additional information added to their invoice. This is something our accounting program cannot do.
Very user friendly. Very appealing to look at.
I don't have any cons. I haven't found anything that I don't like about it.

I like the concept, but slow
I like the concept. But the processing is awfully slow. I'm going to buy a membership for my team, but I just wish everything processed more quickly.

This is a true time saver!!!
This is a true time saver!!!! Not real user friendly BUT if you stay with it you'll reach your goal of a completed form. After that, print off and take to or send to the Court. If you need to modify later you simply go back to your account and documents saved and make the changes.

How do I get my record expunged?
A few states do allow for the expungement of records if a person has been convicted. The person was actually released before formal criminal charges were filed. The person has met all waiting periods, which vary by state, before seeking to petition the court for expungement.
How can I expunge my record without a lawyer?
Go to the court in which you were charged and tried and request a record expungement. You will need to fill out a petition and submit it to the clerk of the court, along with a fee. The fee varies by state but as of May 2010 was about $150 on average.
Can you expunge a record without an attorney?
Most states provide a way for their residents to expunge or seal their criminal records. The method varies by state, but many jurisdictions have enacted procedures that make it easier to proceed without an attorney. All states, however, have very explicit laws regarding if, how and when you can expunge your record.
How do I expunge my record myself?
File a petition for expungement. Once you've determined that you're eligible, file a petition with the courthouse. You'll have to pay a fee, and you'll have to wait for the court to process your paperwork. In some states, you'll receive a hearing date on which you'll meet with a judge to have your record expunged.
How much does it cost to get your record sealed?
Typical costs: Hiring an attorney to handle an expungement starts around $400-$1,000 for a single criminal charge but can run $1,000-$4,000 or more depending on the number and nature (misdemeanor or felony) of the charges, prevailing local legal rates and the status and experience of the attorney.
Do expunged records show up on background check?
Expunged records shouldn't show up on a background check because legally they don't exist. But sometimes they do. In these cases, it is even more important to have a reputable background checking agency, with a history of good candidate experience, as your trusted partner.
Can employers see expunged records?
For the most part, private employers, landlords and others who perform a background check on you will not find your expunged records. After your record is expunged, in most states you are legally permitted to answer “no” when asked about criminal records on employment or rental applications.
Do you have to disclose an expunged record?
If your criminal record has been expunged, do you ever have to disclose it? Generally speaking, the answer is “no” for everyday situations like apartment-rental and job applications -- but there are a few exceptions that vary by state.
