It runs smoothly and quickly. It appears to have every feature I need in my daily work with PDF files, except one. It would be a fully completed utility if it included options for arranging/rearranging pages in PDF files. If it has that feature I am unable to find it. With this feature I'd rate it 5 stars.

i am very surprised at how easy it is to retrieve and add new pdf's to my account. I originally paid for pdfiller because i wanted to send in a release of liability to the dmv. 1 year later and I am now using it for court paper work and have downloaded many forms i can fill out any time I want. It is so much easier to get my scholarships done. I hate writing on my scholarships, so I was having to completely retype the application which was taking time from me filling them out.One suggestion would be to do a student discount, like in my case using it for scholarships. A way to do this could be they have to enter there school and get a school code from someone and then that could verify they are a student so the company is not getting taken advantage of.

This program has been a life saver but...
This program has been a life saver and a game changer as a secretary who sends out a lot of documents to families. There are a couple frustrations I've run into though.
The auto line up feature when adding text boxes or checkboxes can be an annoyance because a lot of things don't need to be lined up and therefore causes it to be slightly off of exactly where I need to place it. I'm not sure if that's a feature I can turn off so it could just be user error.
My biggest wish is that I was able to size multiple text boxes to varying sizes and then combine them as a whole text box but keep the sizes of the boxes.
Some of the forms I am editing have 3 or 4 rows of lines for a short answer but the first line is shorter than the rest. So expanding the text box to have multiple lines available just wouldn't work because it's always a perfect rectangle.

Their Customer Support is very helpful and they get back to very quick. After having issues with my account, they were very quick to sort out my issue and get me a refund. would recommend this service.

This program is such a life saver
This program is such a life saver, very easy to use, now people I send documents will be able to read the document, also allows you to sign a document as well. 10 out of a 10.

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.
