Using the Extract Pages feature, pages are copied and saved as a new PDF document. You can extract one page at a time or multiple pages within a range. Open your PDF document. Right-click in the PDF, and select Extract Pages from the right-click menu.
Choose Edit > Insert Page Numbers The Insert Page Numbers sheet will appear, with the following positioning and formatting options to choose from: Click Insert.
Open the PDF file that you need to split up using Nuance. Choose the Split Document option from the PDF Home menu (it appears under the Tools group). An option will pop up that reads Split by Pages: ____ Pages as a document. Enter a number indicating how many groups of pages you want to create.
