I am not sure if creating a document that is editable in word is possible in every version. If so I can not figure it out. That is my only feedback. Otherwise using this website is a breeze.

Initially, the processing would not accept my card and I have entered this card for the same Monthly subscription approx 3x's. Please make sure that only one monthly fee of19.99 is charged to may account. I am not in aposition right now for excessive billing. I thought it was great & easy to use. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was I would have liked to have known I had to buy a subscription before I could print my document. I probably won't need to use it again in the foreseeable future.

One of the best and easy to use tool for filing and storing all sort of forms electronically. Allows you to convert pdf files into other formats such as Microsoft word, excel and ppt. 'Send to Sign' feature is a boon to corporates and legal industry.
Some of the advanced feature require a great learning time from the end user. Sometime you would not get expected results while converting a Pdf to word in terms of change in formatting which is difficult to edit. Sometimes the tools is slow while working on large size files.

Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.
