Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). So far it works great! There's a bit of a learning curve, but I was able to chat with a support rep even though it was late at night. He helped explain how I could achieve my goals for our Robotics team engineering notebook forms.

wonderful program
wonderful program, very helpful for me, I scanned in my document and am able to type it instead of handwriting it, as is the standard in my office. Saves me a ton of time.

When I chatted with support
When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

It's diffcult to make some changes or fix mistakes. I have notice that it is had to find a blank form. So if you need to file say 2 941 forms. I couldn't just choose another 941 form from menu. I had to use one of my saved forms or let the site and choose to file 941 and log back in

I had an issue and emailed the company and not only did 2 different people respond immediately they resolved my issue within a few hours of me sending the email. I’ve never seen that quick of a response before. Very impressive.

It is ok for people who had to fill and significantly higher number of documents regularly. But whoever has one two documents for a month, quit expensive.

How do I save a drop down list in PDF?
How-to Guide Drag and drop your form to the uploading pane on the top of the page. Find and choose the Export Dropdown List PDF feature in the editor`s menu. Make all the necessary edits to the file. Click the orange “Done” button to the top right corner. Rename the document if it`s required.
