Bring your data into Excel for up-to-date insights with Connect Cloud. Easily combine that information with data from other sources in Excel to form a complete picture of the customer journey.
Perform a Basic Search to Locate Relevant Contracts in Insight Log in to Insight. Locate the search bar from the top of either the Dashboard view or the Contracts view. Select the Search for contracts text-entry field.
From the Document View panel, select DOWNLOAD to download the original contract or to export labels and label values for the selected contract. Available options display: After selecting an option, the download begins. Once completed, downloaded files are available from the Notification Center.
This is only possible through our Retrieve app, with Retrieve you can bulk download your envelopes and data to an external storage location. Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic.
To download the envelope contents, For separate files in a ZIP file - select All for all files, or check the files you want to download as separate files in a ZIP file. Document gives you all of the documents in the envelope. For a single PDF of all files in the envelope - select Combine all PDFs into a single file.
From the Agreements page, locate the envelope you want to review. Click the more actions menu for the envelope and select Form Data. In the Form Data window, click Download CSV. The form data is exported to a CSV file and saved to your local Downloads folder.
Create Exports Select Create an Export at the top of the Retrieve home screen. Select the type of envelopes to export, and configure filters to narrow your selection. Select Format to configure the contents of the index file, which is formatted as a CSV file and included with the export.
Users can easily navigate to the 'Contacts' section within the interface to initiate the download process. From there, they can choose between exporting contacts as CSV files, Excel sheets, or directly syncing them with third-party CRM software.
