Where will my signed documents be stored? The signed documents are known as Completed Documents in ; they are automatically stored in the Completed folder within the application. On your homepage, you will see a box titled Envelope Status in the top left corner.
In the Plan and Billing page, you can view and download your invoices.
Perform a Basic Search to Locate Relevant Contracts in Insight Log in to Insight. Locate the search bar from the top of either the Dashboard view or the Contracts view. Select the Search for contracts text-entry field.
You can export envelope data from envelopes that you sent, received, or are shared with you. The exported data is saved to a CSV file and includes envelope information, including: envelope ID. subject.
To begin the process, users can navigate to the platform and access the contact management section where they can choose the export option. This step allows users to select the specific contacts or groups they want to export, ensuring only relevant data is transferred.
To start, log in to your account and navigate to the Manage tab. From there, select Agreements and then All to view a comprehensive list of your documents. Next, choose the agreements you wish to download by selecting the checkboxes next to each file.
The Contracts view displays contract documents matching entered search criteria. If no search query was performed, the view displays all contracts that are available to the user within the Insight repository.
You can also download the original contract documents. Log in to Insight. Enter search criteria to locate desired contracts. Review the Search result table, and select check boxes for contracts that you want to download. Select ACTIONS > Download.
