PDF filler is user friendly. I am able to access previous years 1040 forms for clients who have had issues with their past years taxes. All of the forms are easily accessible. I enjoy using the tools available such as highlight, signing documents ect.

What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help! We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service. There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

Where does PDFCreator save?

In the HotFolder Configs, below the dropdown list to select the printer, you can see an Open Auto-Save Location button if you have enabled the auto-save feature for the selected printer. That is the folder where you can find the created PDF files.

How do you change the name of the header of a PDF?

Open the PDF document in Adobe Acrobat Pro: Select File > Properties. Select the Description tab to view the metadata in the document, including the document information dictionary. Modify the Title field to add or change the document's Title entry.

How do I change my PDF producer name?

Choose File > Properties. Click the Description tab, and type the author's name, subject, and keywords. (Optional) Click Additional Metadata to add other descriptive information, such as copyright information.

How to use the PDFCreator?

How to create PDF files: Open Acrobat and choose “Tools” > “Create PDF”. Select the file type you want to create a PDF from: single file, multiple files, scan, or other option. Click “Create” or “Next” depending on the file type. Follow the prompts to convert to PDF and save to your desired location.

The Share Settings feature allows you to easily share your PDFCreator settings with your users. To share your settings, simply export them using the Export Settings feature and save the . ini file into the user's %ProgramData%\pdfforge\PDFCreator folder.

Why is my PDF showing a different name when I open it?

Reason: The browser is simply reading the metadata that is saved in the actual PDF file as the document title, which may be different from the document file name. You may confirm this by opening the PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader > navigate to File > Properties.
