What do you like best?

After accessing the “Insert” menu, find the “Symbol” tab. From this section, choose the “Font” option and select “Wingdings”. The tick mark will be found at the bottom of the list. This can also be accessed from the “Start” menu under the “Character Map” section (within System Tools).

Add Check Boxes in a PDF Once the file is open, navigate to the 'Form' tab in the top menu bar. From there, you will find various options to fill out PDF forms. Click on the checkbox icon, then drag it to where you want to add it. You can adjust the size of the box by pulling its frame.
You can select all the fields in Prepare Form mode and then copy them and paste in the other document, also in that mode. Another option is to use the Replace Pages command to replace the pages of the source file with those of the target file. That will maintain all fields in place.
Export file data In Acrobat, open the completed form file. From the All tools menu, select Prepare a form and then from the left panel that opens, select > Export data. In the Export Form Data As dialog box, select the format (FDF, XFDF, XML, or TXT) in which you want to save the form data.
