I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I did not know there was a charge for using this until I got to the very end. I had spent too much time filling out the form to end and start over. I want to cancel at the end of one month.

I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. The people are just awesome!! Very helpful and respond immediately. I would recommend this to friends and family as well.

It popped up along with a State of FL form that I needed to complete. I'm annoyed that they didn't tell me right from the start that you could only use it with a paid prescription.

PDF filler seems to be very useful. Is/was slightly difficult to figure out but once understood is fairly easy to use. Unfortunately the price is too high for those of us on fixed income. Is there anything lower cost for disabled seniors? Please?

I really like this, I am using it more than I thought I would. It has made everything very convenient. I also like the fact that the program remembers things that I've previously typed. It saves time for sure!

My experience with PdfFiller was great
My experience with PdfFiller was great. I use PdfFiller as a cloud storage for backup files, in addition I can multitask by retrieving signed documents and save them in my signed doc. file for later.
