The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

Very simple to use and create your own invoice for your company and you can e-mail to your client from the same site that also provides a security code for the receiver to access your invoice and you receive a notice when they do.

I enjoy the forms you can search and fill out and all of options you have to mail out the forms. The site just needs to be a little bit more easy and user friendly in regards to filling out forms and form searches

I enjoy using pdfFiller.As with free products, sometimes the function is limited. However, I think that it is a good investment. You can do much with pdfFiller. Notably the reason I rated pdfFiller 4 stars rather than 5 stars is a small (but important to me) reason:PDF Filler has color options for its highlights and pens for annotation, yet compared to some of the other apps and programs, I was slightly disappointed with the display of some of the color options especially with the highlights.Otherwise, this is a great device. Do expect to pay a small price to get the most benefit from this program.Warmest regards,Chu-Chi

Great! Awesome software/product that is very helpful in the business environment.
What I like most with the PDF filler is the ability to secure and password protect a very important document. I like sending documents or exchange with staff for faster and easier collaboration and this software helps us do that while making sure the personal information are protected.
Nothing much as it serves the purpose that I am really looking for. I cannot think of anything that I don't like. I am satisfied.

How many years can you franchise tag a player?
If it does not match, it receives no compensation. Consecutive franchise tags are allowed. However, for a player to be tagged two straight years, the team must pay 120 percent of the player's previous salary.
How often can you franchise tag a player?
Only one player per team, per season, can receive a franchise tag. In order to tag a player for the year, the team must tender a qualifying one-year contract offer. Based on the amount of the offer, the tag is either “exclusive,” “non-exclusive” or a “transition” tag.
How many times can you franchise tag a player?

Can a player refuse the franchise tag?
As Bell displayed last year, a player can simply refuse to sign the franchise or transition tag tender. However, that player is not able to play in the NFL unless the tender is signed.
How much do franchise tag players make?
The franchise tag is essentially a one-year contract that guarantees a predetermined salary for players. The salary amount is set by the averaging the top five salaries by position for the previous league year, or if it's higher, 120 percent of a player's salary the previous season.
What happens when you franchise a player?
An exclusive franchise tag means a team will pay that player no less than the average of the top five salaries at the player's position, or 120 percent of the player's previous salary, whichever is greater. The player is not allowed to negotiate with other teams.
What if a player doesn't sign the franchise tag?
A player who has not signed the tender can also not be traded. Each team can only use one tag each year -- they can't designate both a franchise and transition player. A rescinded tender counts as a tag, meaning a team can't designate one player, rescind it, and use a new tag on another player in the same year.
Do players have to sign the franchise tag?
The “exclusive” franchise tag gives the offering team exclusive rights to the player. The player may sign his one-year franchise offer, at which point it becomes fully guaranteed (unless the player fails to stay physically fit).
