I purchased the product. It was because I needed to complete a form for an important Employment opportunity. After I spent 4 hours on the form. I was ready to print then was asked to make payment. after I subscribed; I then tried to print the form. Long story short; I could not print the document and then when I accessed it later to try and correct the issue, the information I had put in was all over the place. (in the wrong places). I have then canceled my subscription and have just wasted my $72 US Dollars. I know I will not be refunded, even if I was only Subscribed to the product for less then 6 hours or so. I would never recommend this product to anyone ever.
I immediately got a response and refund... which tells me that this company is serious about its reputation and customers service. Thank you so much for the upright service. Because of that I will recommend this to anyone and everyone

This is the greatest software for online documents
I love that this software has been created. It's amazing when you need to do paperwork for something and can do it through email. It's such a hassle trying to complete certain documents and get them where they need to go if you don't have access to doing them via online

Add a one-time use subscription
Add a one-time use subscription. I feel this will be beneficial to a lot of your potential customers that do not run a business and may be using this software for personal use. I feel like a one-time 48hr subscription that can be purchased at a low cost would be profitable, especially if it can be repurchased at a later date if the user needs to use the program again. It does not make sense to offer a free 30 trial to users who are not going to use the program for more than 48 hours. I used this for free and you could have made money off of my usage by providing a one-time use subscription. Now, I have to make a new account with a different email if I would like to use your program again because I cannot afford to pay $100.00 for a subscription that I may only use once a year. So, just a suggestion.

I had an issue with accessing a form…
I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the support team and received their response very swiftly. How do you format a phone number with an extension?
Type a comma, followed by a space, after the phone number. Type “ext.” followed by a space and then the extension number. For example: XXX-XXX-XXXX, ext. 766.
How do you write a phone number with an extension?
Write out “extension” with the extension number beside it or simply write “ext.” with the extension number beside it on the same line as the phone number you are listing. It should look like either (555) 555-5555 extension 5 or (555) 555-5555 ext.
How do you type a phone number with an extension?
To dial an extension number using a smartphone, start by dialing the number that you want to call. Then, press and hold the * button to insert a pause, and wait 2 seconds before dialing the extension. After entering your pause, type the extension number that you want your phone to automatically dial.
