Very smooth and easy. A little set back by only being able to elect monthly or yearly before being able to print, basically buying something you haven't seen. I paid for a year, doubtful I'll use it more than a few times. Would have preferred a "This Time Only" charge. But I like the ease of the product.

I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

I still like the program albeit the script and font could use some improvements
Being able to fill reports online , print and send.
The script is hard to line up , checking off boxes is also difficult.

I only needed one form to send to my doctor to fill out for medical baseline allowance. Somehow I didn't end up in SDG&E site as their program is free.

How do you know if statistics are accurate?

How statistics can be misleading?
Misleading statistics are simply the misusage purposeful or not of a numerical data. The results provide misleading information to the receiver, who then believes something wrong if he or she does not notice the error or the does not have the full data picture.
How can data be misrepresented or misleading?
Omitting The Baseline. Omitting baselines, or the axis of a graph, is one of the most common ways data is manipulated in graphs. This misleading tactic is frequently used to make one group look better than another. Truncating graphs can make something that is not very significant look like a massive difference.
How do you know if your data is reliable?
Validity and Reliability In research terms, reliability refers to consistency. Just as you can count on the consistency of your friend, when something is reliable in science this indicates some level of consistency. In science, validity refers to accuracy.
