I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I have had so far so good of an experince with odffiller, i would like to see new features in a way to match font better as well as some upgrades on the type of documents you can upload

9/15/16: Hard to find blank forms for completion, but questions are covered well by support folks. Default is yearly subscription, but support folks were able to convert to monthly subscription at desired level.
Problem with changing previous form required upgrade to yearly business plan. The erase tool only works with upgraded plans.

This is a great addition to my business. Fast, efficent and saves a ton of time. I get Forms that need to be signed all the time and I just quickly upload sign/date add notes or make changes and email, fax or scan back. I could not imagine my business without it.

It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

The outputs of the system are great ... just your opening page is a bit confusing. I just wanted to look convert a document but couldn't see conversion icons - finally worked out that I have to use Add New button - remember people are coming to your website from other portals they have used before - and like me they look for a document conversion tool!

Well time saving. instead of many back & forth conversions to & from word to PDF I could just edit save & forward. I just need to know or investigate on file download?
