What do you like best?
I like that the website is very easy to use and allows many different functions, including digital signatures and saving directly into your computer. I also like the options to save a template to use, which saves me a lot of time as I am always using the same forms.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that I always have to log in again every time I use the website.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Digital signatures. Being able to edit PDF with a Mac since most PDF programs are only compatible with windows.

Editing PDFs has never been easier I needed forms to be editable so members could easily fill things out and return them for us to add to our electronic database. PDFfiller has a variety of helpful tools, but my most favorite feature is making a PDF form editable! Game changer. The learning curve with PDF filler was a little bit more cumbersome than just opening a PDF and being able to edit it.

easy to use but i don't use so much its really a good app, but at the same time it does not fix all my needs, but i usually do need the app when i have to edit some pdf file, because i feel its easy to use, very intuitive, but i don't use so much the signature features should be improved

Excellent service. Website is easy to navigate and the forms available are excellent. In my case, even though the website is user friendly, I think a short webinar to familiarize customers would be of great benefit. I would certainly recommend PDFiler to others.

Great services with an excellent customer care policy I enjoyed great services provided by pdfFiller through an annual plan. I used their service in all my dealings with pdf documents. Then for professional reasons, I had to cancel my subscription, and pdfFiller team was extremely kind in offering me a full refund of my subscription fee. Just after 3 minutes of sending them a message, they responded back explaining the details of my refund process. That is what I call a great customer care and professionalism! Best edit pdf online tool We use it to send out client forms that require a signature. Its much better than sending it in an email because it can all be dealt with online without needing to print, sign and scan back a paper document. The website is easy to use and makes it easy to find all the features available on the home screen. No need to go poking around in the website. Everything you could want to do to a PDF can be found on the home page. I have nothing bad to say about Pdffiller. For those that don't want to spend money on the subscription they still offer electronic signature forms.
