It's somewhat costly, but it works.
I have no idea whether it's worth it. I needed to get something done, and it was easy to find, so it was worth it to me. I certainly was glad there was a half price sale.

It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

I appreciate the ease of downloading a PDF and being able to fill it in. For me, it is worth the money, even if I don't use it very often, simply because I now have the completed form saved, and easy to edit, as needed.

I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.

I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

You get what you expect
What I expected from this when I signed up. It is easy to use when editing pdf files, I need to submit for my school requirements. So far, I am satisfied on what I am experiencing and giving it a 5 star.

I like the service and have been using for awhile!
I like the service and have been using for awhile. Their customer care team was really responsive through instant chat. Couldn't get a phone number for their customer service however I believe the chat service is all you need to get assistance! Kara was the representative I spoke with and she immediately understood my situation and helped me get the problems addressed with step by step processes and links. At the end she even saved me some money with the steps we took to save my old account! Definitely recommend their service and also contacting them with any question!

How do you write a five-day notice?
Date. Property address. Tenant name. Name of landlord and tenant. When the legal agreement went into effect.
What is a five-day notice?
A 5-day notice means that the tenant is entitled to 5 full days to make payment in full of the past due rent. That means if you serve the notice on the 15th of the month, the tenant gets the 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, and until midnight on the 20th. You cannot file the lawsuit until the 21st.
What does it mean when you get a 5-day notice?
The landlord must give you a 5-day notice telling you to pay the rent in 5 days or move. If you pay within the five days, the landlord must accept the rent and can't evict you. The landlord does not have to accept the rent even if you offer to pay.
Is a 5-day notice an eviction notice?
A 5-day notice to quit form is a document that can be used to notify tenants that they need to remedy a violation of their lease agreement or leave the property. Once received, tenants have five days to respond in some way. If they do not take action, they can be evicted through the court system.
How do I write a 5-day notice?
There are basically 4 ways in which you can legally serve a tenant with a 5-Day Notice To Pay Rent or Vacate. First, you can personally serve the tenant with the notice. Second, you can serve them by what I refer to as a “substituted” service. Third, you can “post and mail” the notice to the tenant.
How long is a 5-day notice good for?
A five-day notice is effective once five days have passed and the tenant has not paid the rent and possibly any late charges that are due. Eviction proceedings can be filed shortly upon the expiration of the five-day period
How does a 5-day eviction notice work?
The landlord must give you a 5-day notice telling you to pay the rent in 5 days or move. If you pay within the five days, the landlord must accept the rent and can't evict you. If the landlord gives you a 14-day notice, the landlord can take you to court after the end of the fourteen days.
Can you be evicted with a 5-day notice?
The “5-Day Eviction Notice” doesn't mean you have to move within 5 days, it means that if you don't pay your rent within 5 days, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the lease and begin eviction proceedings
