Quite good!Only after I finished, did I see that the date next to my signature at the bottom was misaligned and printing over some text on the form. So, I had to go back to edit that. Very helpful tool, though!

I had the wrong EIN number on a 1099-misc.and it kept rejecting it until I got it corrected which made me frustrated until I saw it was an error in the EIN given to me and then I was glad that I used the service to correct the error.

Paul was fantastic
Paul was fantastic. I have been chatting with several other people since April 3 and no one could figure this problem out. I was emailed that this issue had been referred to technical support and they could not provide adequate assistance. As I am not computer friendly, Paul was very helpful. He was very patient with me. Love this idea and functionality. Easy to use, cheap ;) and great for filling out all those touchy PDFs.
I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with this software. I love it.

How to send a fillable document that can be returned in a completed state
I am new to using the pdf filler application in my business. When I sent my first document out, my client had a problem returning the filled out document. I used the chat feature to resolve my problem and received excellent help from Sam, who answered my questions and provided me with great resources.

How do I sign a fillable PDF?
Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar. The Fill & Sign tool is displayed. The form fields are detected automatically. Click the Sign icon in the toolbar, and then choose whether you want to add your signature or just initials.
Why can't I fill and sign my PDF?
Make sure that the security settings allow form filling. (See File > Properties > Security.) Sometimes form creators forget to convert their PDFs to interactive forms, or they intentionally design a form you can only fill in by hand. If you can't type in the form fields, then the fields are probably not interactive.
