It is expensive. You need to reduce the annual price. I also do not like the way the eraser works - it is either very sketchy or one has to save a doc and reload to erase something just done. Very slow and clunky

Can a grant deed be reversed?

If you used a grant deed or warranty deed, you should use these same deeds as well. If you don't, the property interest may not be fully transferred back to you.

A warranty deed can be revoked. In most situations, the person signing the deed needs the cooperation of the person who received the deed to revoke it. If the deed was prepared for a property transfer as part of a typical sale, though, you probably will have to take legal action to revoke the deed.
Does a warranty deed prove ownership?
A warranty deed is one type of proof of ownership. It shows the name of the owner and gives a brief description of the property. The previous owner or party granting you ownership signs the warranty deed, showing your rights to the property. A quitclaim deed is the other main type of property deed.
Can a land deed be contested?
Contesting the deed may be possible, but the grounds are 1) lack of capacity, 2) undue influence and perhaps 3) mistake. The deed is the best evidence, at this point, that they intended it to go to your sister.

Does a warranty deed have to be recorded to be valid?
Validity of a Deed does not need to be filed or recorded with a government agency to be valid. Also, there is no law that prevents a valid deed from being recorded at any time, even years after the official transfer takes place.
How do I overturn a quit claim deed?
Locate your copy of the original quitclaim deed. Draft a new quitclaim deed, this time naming yourself as the granter and the original granter as the grantee. Duplicate the new quitclaim, so you have two copies--one for you and one for the new grantee. Meet with the grantee in person to finalize the new quitclaim deed.
Can I reverse a quit claim deed?
Generally speaking, no. Once a quit claim deed has been completed and filed with the County Clerk's Office, the title will officially pass from the granter to the grantee. The only way to reverse a quit claim deed is to go to court and prove that the granter was forced to sign the document under duress.
