Pros:
+Has a send to sign feature
+Allows editing of PDF text
+Add/Remove/Edit Fillable fields
+Save forms as templates
+Up to 5 users with the largest subscription
Cons:
-Layout is not intuitive and hard to learn, even for the computer literate
-Limits merging to 5 PDFs
-Limits on file size (you can't work on large PDFs)
-Other minor inconveniences that slow workflow
I chose PDFfiller for my small company because for the same price as one user for Adobe's similar product, I can have 5 users for PDFfiller. It definitely has some limiting factors and can be frustrating but it's the best you can get for the price. Definitely worth the time to take the free trial and see how you like it.

Please make it possible to do things at a higher capacity, such as split more than five documents at once and upload more than five documents at once.

Ryan was extremely patient and persistent to solve the issue
Ryan was beyond patient with me to solve my issue. I really felt like he was determined to have me understand the instructions he was giving me towards the solution. He used a few of approaches. One of which was sending me a visual with arrows.....That worked!!!! His patience and persistence is refreshing and truly appreciated.

Needed for real estate transactions. Worked great. Was able to update pdf documents multiple times. Easy to use. Easy to download completed documents. I'll definitely use pdfFiller in the future

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.

How to Use the Fine-tune Spreadsheet Form Feature
The Fine-tune Spreadsheet Form feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily customize and optimize your spreadsheet forms. Follow these steps to make the most out of this feature:

Access the Fine-tune Spreadsheet Form feature by logging in to your pdfFiller account and opening the document you want to work on.

Once you have the document open, click on the 'Edit' button to enter the editing mode.

In the editing mode, you will see a toolbar at the top of the page. Click on the 'Form' tab to reveal a dropdown menu.

From the dropdown menu, select 'Fine-tune Spreadsheet Form'. This will open a new window dedicated to customizing your spreadsheet form.

In the Fine-tune Spreadsheet Form window, you will see a preview of your form on the left side and a set of options on the right side.

Use the options on the right side to fine-tune your spreadsheet form. You can add or remove fields, adjust their size and position, and customize their properties.

To add a new field, simply click on the 'Add Field' button and choose the type of field you want to add. You can choose from text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, and more.

To remove a field, select it in the preview and click on the 'Delete' button.

To adjust the size and position of a field, click on it in the preview and drag it to the desired location. You can also resize the field by clicking and dragging its edges.

Customize the properties of a field by selecting it in the preview and clicking on the 'Properties' button. This will allow you to change the field's name, default value, and other settings.

Once you are satisfied with the changes you have made, click on the 'Save' button to apply them to your document.

You can now exit the Fine-tune Spreadsheet Form window and continue working on your document. Your customized spreadsheet form will be saved and ready to use.

If you need to make further adjustments to your form, simply repeat the steps above to access the Fine-tune Spreadsheet Form feature again.
