I've only just started using it, but so far; I am loving it. It's easy to use, and very useful with my work. I'm an RN and I work as an independent nurse, so having this program is so nice for my plans of care, and sending them to the physician to get signed is easy peasy! Thank you.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. pdf filler was kinda a letdown
3/5 it was cool and yea sometimes know when to say no
I use it for specific content for signature and pdf
just didnt like the feel of the software so im moving on

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.

Does Stage 1 tune void warranty?
APR ECU Upgrade Stage 1 (Freudian) IF they detect the tune, and something breaks that can be connected with the tune, then yes, your warranty is void. For instance, if you blow your turbo up with a tune, then it won't be covered, but if something goes wrong with your suspension, it will be covered.
Will a tune void my warranty?
Aftermarket replacement parts will not void your new car's warranty. However, modifying or tuning your car might run afoul of your car's warranty coverage. And the Manson Moss Warranty Act specifically forbids manufacturers from forcing consumers to use name brand parts on their vehicles.

By far and away the most frequently asked question when it comes to performance tuning of a given vehicle's Powertrain Control Module (PCM) or Engine Control Unit (ECU) is “will this void my warranty?” The short answer is yes, unequivocally and absolutely yes.
