At first, I was disappointed by the service. We needed to fill out a rental application and have been very stressed. We found this website which seemed to be a dream come true. The software in simple & I love it: however the video for how to: tells you what the form is used for; not how your software works. (I think that people already know what the 1099 int is used for)

Easy to use, but seems like a lot of steps to go through to get to the documents and to save them to my computer. I have to save it to my computer to print it because printing from the program doesn't get it all printed on the 8.5x11" paper so leaves information off.

easy to use , quick , efficient saves me time . switched from ADOBE which WAS a good product but no more. crashed so often that I could barely complete one report in a day. I did this one in less than an hour. Thank you

What do you like best?
That the application makes editing documents that can be difficult to edit in certain formats simple.

I dislike that there are some formats that this application cannot edit.

Solving the problem of editing time documents that get distorted in Google Docs or Microsoft. The benefit of being able to cut major time from editing projects by utilizing the many features.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.
