With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I love the ease of typing on the PDF, I'm still learning how to send it to others with fill in blanks. But I like it. Pricey for the redaction ability but I suppose better than Adobe

So far so good... i've used several different programs and am a quick learner.... can't say that for a lot of people who are not used to new programs.... this is VERY user friendly and I will definitely recommend it!

Its user friendly and efficient! It makes all of contracts much easier to implement. It saves all of your information online so doesn't use your memory.

Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.

I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.

Since a recent update
Since a recent update, we were no longer able to send documents to SignNow for esignatures. The chat support was able to make some updates and get us working again.

Making signing easy
It was a great team friendly program that made things get done a lot faster and more efficiently even in large with large numbers working on the same thing.
Makes getting multiple groups of people working on one thing done faster with not all having to come to the same place.
Sometimes it was difficult trying to download the papers once the words were added.

Great software
Great software! Very easy to use and does just about everything you would want a PDF editor to do. The only issue I had was when replacing text the text box deleted the line the text was sitting on and I ended up with a break in the line. Other than that I highly recommend!
