Amazing product! I was able to fill a tax form very easily and sign it. Better than all others I've tried!
There are two comments for the development team and marketing team: 1/I expected a free trial, and 2/There are so many options that it can be confusing when you are just starting. I would have appreciated less options up front and some video tutorials to introduce me to advanced features.

Very Easy to use and beneficial. Worth the year subscription. A lot of features to choose from. Everything you need for a functioning office to succeed. Although, I wish the Fax Features would be more affordable a month or included with the yearly subscription. I am paying half the price for Fax with another company but would love to port my number and come on board with PDFfiller for the convenience and functionality of integrating my Faxes along with my other documents all in one place. The price is kind of crazy, I am a single mother of 3 and I am on a limited budget. The program itself is fantastic, but the price is hard for me to justify buying. :(

I hate having to type in a verification code when I leave for a bit. I know it is fro security reasons, but I would really appreciate it if you did not make it type the code.

Helpful Tool
I had been trying to send off some release forms and was crunched for time so I signed up for PDFFiller's free trial. In the end, I wasn't able to use their software without a purchase, but it made me almost wish I had paid the money.
I like that I can sign any document electronically. It definitely saves time and printing costs. It cuts out about 2 extra steps: printing and scanning. This is helpful for documents that need signatures such as release forms, etc.
I didn't like how much I had to pay in order to use my e-signed pdf. I don't use the software often enough to make it worth the price.
However, if I worked regularly with documents that needed to be signed this software would be the very best solution.

Very easy to use. Have saved me so much time.
Saves time by not having to re-type documents and I can just add in names on pre-typed forms. It has been instrumental for changing contracts and names on documents
I think, if it isn't in place, a way to be able to use it on your mobile device. Most often, I'm on the go and things have to be changed or modified. This could be huge for a busy person like me.

Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

How do I resize an email for printing?
Use one of the following workarounds to print the full image: Open the email message in Outlook, click the Actions button, and then click Edit Message. Resize the large image before you print it. Copy the contents of the email message to a new Microsoft Word document and resize the image in Word.
Why can't I print my emails?
Check for updates. If you can print to the same printer from any other program, then it may be that your Windows 10 email program has a problem. To fix this, go to the app store, open settings and check for any updates to update the app.
How do I make Outlook print fit?
Outlook uses Internet Explorer to print Therefore, you should first check your printing margin settings in Internet Explorer and verify that the option Shrink-to-Fit is enabled. You can do this in Internet Explorer via. File→ Page Setup Check your paper size and margins and enable Shrink-to-Fit.
How do I reduce the size of print in Outlook?
Double-click the email in Outlook to open it in a new window. In the Message tab, go to the Move group and select Actions. Select Edit Message. Select the text that you want to make larger or smaller. Go to the Format Text tab.
