It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Those same documents, before the PDF-filler subscription, were always hand signed, if not hand filled out completely, then manually scanned into our systems and sent back to the interested party via email. Although I initially had thought this was free, the overall experience is a positive one. The insertion process could be initially a little more self-setting / precise but overall good to use for my purposes

Had to fill in a long medical form. PDFfiller makes it easy and a lot neater than my handwriting. Also, I have to fill this out once a year for the same doctor and it will save me time not having to fill it out from scratch. All I will need to do is verify any information to make sure it hasn't changed and place a new date on it and send it.

Following my previous comment, I found the tax forms I was working on, but they were titled by the Form, not saved documents. Taking me well over an hour due to the labeling. Need a Saved Documents Option to simplify it.

Great Program to help buyer's get their electronically signed documents
It makes it much easier for the buyer to get documents that can be electronically signed.
Quality of the documents that get sent to my buyer's is fantastic. The look of the documents are professional quality
Ease of use. It is hard to remember how to set up the file to get to the buyer quickly. I always have to try it 2 different times to get it right.

This company is very customer orientated. The company support is excellent. No waiting about for answers to any queries, they reply straight away. They will do their upmost to help you. Very professional.

Fantastic customer service
For some reason I needed this and only once. I got the free trial and then forgot all about it until $115.00 was collected from my account, shock horror. All I can say is you have fantastic customer service, I explained my situation and a refund was issued that same day. Both friendly and speedy. Ace by name and by character, much appreciated. 1 star deducted as I would have liked a reminder email when the free trial was coming to an end.
