Once I figured out how to use the eraser feature, this software was immensely helpful. Occasionally, it did not print the lines on Schedules K-1, but eventually it did. I have now successfully downloaded a file from the IRS and merged it into the file I was working on with pdf Filler. I really like this software.

Hello, I have had pdfFiller for six months' now, and I have never had a problem with them. All my documents come out lovely, just as I thought they would. They are fast, easy and secure. Also, when you need your signature on something you are working on, pdfFiller is wonderful for that. I was perplexed when my money was deducted without prior notice. I didn't know what to do at first because I thought that refund couldn't be possible but I decided to reach out to them despite the uncertainty.
I was happy with the services rendered, the customer relationship and grateful for the refund. The service is customer friendly and has quick response to issues.

Customer ******* is *********! The support staff (****) spent 45 minutes with me getting through the steps I needed to save and print my document. **** was extremely patient and walked me through the steps a second time. I give them a five!!

I'm working on several files for which I need to be able to type in the answers as my hands have arthritis in them and that makes it difficult to write. The instructions could be a little clearer. To be honest, I'm a new widow and I wasn't thinking very clearly. I haven't taken the time to read the online instructions so my navigational issues are of my own neglect. I think you have a wonderful product actually.
