Too easy to get into FONT setup and not get out and return to font specified in document. I only wanted to get the lowest priced version, not discontinue.

For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Great PDF
Very easy to use! Updating documents quickly is really helpful and saves me time in my practice. It's great to have the app in case I am not in my office when a change is needed.
There are a few glitches. For example, in order to save a document you have to remember to duplicate it. The emailing feature can be glitchy at times.

Super easy and practical tool. Without a doubt the best I could use. It makes my tasks much easier in my work area allowing me to edit documents quickly.
PDF FILLER is a great editor. It allows me to make changes to my documents, files and easily save them on my computer making my work much easier.
One of its disadvantages is that to be able to use this software it is essential to have an internet connection since it is a service that implies having a user and opening a session.
