I was impressed by all the wonderful features that PDF filler has. I would recommend it to anyone. I use it to fill out the PDF forms that have. I don't generate forms, just need the ability to fill them out and sign them. This works so much better than any of the other services I have tried. (both free and paid)

Accounting Assistant
This software made it easy for me to complete a single 1099-MISC that i needed and that i wasn't able to use my current software for. I was able to quickly create the document and send it out to the necessary party on a time crunch.
This would not be good to use for a large amount of 1099's but, it did meet my needs.

Can you get public housing with a criminal record?
A criminal history can affect your eligibility for both public housing and, if a landlord conducts a background check, private housing. An arrest — even before anyone is found guilty — can often trigger eviction of you or your entire household from public or private housing.
Can a convicted felon receive public housing?
Short Answer: Yes, some felons can qualify for Section 8 HUD public housing depending on the type of felony that they have been convicted of. Each state also administers their HUD/Section 8 programs in slightly different manors which may disqualify some felons, particularly sex offenders.
Does public housing do background checks?
When you apply for public housing, the Public Housing Authority runs a criminal background check on you and everyone over the age of 16 who might live with you. The PHA might also check the biological parent of any children who will be living with you, even if the parent is not part of the public housing application.
Can you be denied housing for a misdemeanor?
Misdemeanors aren't usually a disqualification for renting. Felonies, yes. And multiple misdemeanors can be, too. And some landlords may be strict and refuse you.
Can you rent an apartment with a misdemeanor on your record?
A misdemeanor or a felony appearing on your criminal history report can certainly cause a potential landlord to reconsider you as a future tenant. It all boils down to the circumstances behind your criminal background, and the competition you might be facing to acquire the apartment or rental house.
