PDFfiler allowed me to create a far superior MO Real Estate Disclosure form. It allowed me to edit to my heart's content, rather than scratching handwritten stuff out and ending up with such a mess that i had to hand write another copy. The end result was far more professional looking than a handwritten form. About a 5 minute learning curve and the software functioned perfectly. On first blush,this is a fine tool. I have a limited number of documents. So this works great. Simple. Easy to follow. Support answered some not so obvious questions quickly and easily. Well done. I have one question or suggestion..I would like to merge a couple of my documents...but don't want to pay for a full upgrade for just two or three uses. Can you offer a "yeah we'll let you do this" one off pricing for someone like me? Would be very helpful. (I will also say I tried several of the competing products...and this was far easier to use)

It's probably just me but it's hard to figure out what does what.Also trying to figure out what I can move on a PDF and what I have to erase and fill-in again. Otherwise I think it's one of the best. I should also say seems be working with my Dragon NaturallySpeaking

Great software, some things are not intuitive
You can edit documents, replace text, add fillable fields, etc. Great for documents that are used often and just need a few details changed.
"Replace text" can be difficult to use. Also the process of saving a document is kind of clunky.

I made the mistake of subscribing to a year subscription with annual price due at sign on. I only wanted to test the site and see if it was right for me. I noticed within a few hours what I had done when I checked my banking account. I got online with their live chat support. I talked to someone named Sam and within 5 minutes, Sam had fixed my account to only a month subscription, refunded me all my money minus the monthly subscription. My mistake, Sam fixed immediately and was so nice and helpful. Great customer support!
