I have just been informed by my college that I can't use this format. After paying for it and working with it for months, they prefer I use a format with expandable boxes for each indicator. This is a user friendly method but my only difficulty as been that the only information I can add to the PDF is what fits in the fixed boxes. This would be a suggestion in the formatting of this PDF.

What do you like best?
PDF filler is very user-friendly. My favorite features are that it saves your docs. This makes it easy to keep editing docs that you use over and over. Also, when you use the erase feature, it keeps the eraser on the same line, which I could never do on my own! At the end, you can download the whole doc, or individual pages, this feature really helps and saves time on splitting the document with other programs.
What do you dislike?
Once docs are ready, the loading time to save can sometimes feel slow. Also, uploading the docs can sometimes feel slow. This is not a deal breaker, but perhaps something that can be worked on. I think there should also be a feature where you can upload docs one after the other for the same session, and it will merge the docs (or ask if you want to) and edit them together. It seems right now we have to edit each separate if they are not already joined, save them, and then go to another program to merge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have an option to merge docs, make speeds quicker.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
When I get contracts, most of the time they are not complete to be approved. This allows me to add extra details and even sign the docs. I like the stamp it adds to show when the signature was made.

What do you like best?
PDFilller is so easy to use. I am "tech challenged" and I have no problems using this program.
What do you dislike?
That I can't upload more than one document at a time even though there is an option for uploading multiple documents and that whenever I print or save a document the program doesn't revert back automatically to my "inbox"...it's just a lot of clicking...too many steps to get from "a" to "b" sometimes.

Paul worked with me for nearly and hour trying to figure out why my form got skewed. I shared out my screen with him -- he diligently and carefully figured out the problem and got it fixed. What do you like best? No more filling in forms with my handwriting. What do you dislike? Nothing really. I have found it be very helpful. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use and affordable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A nice looking final document with legible information as opposed to my illegible handwriting. No need for a typewriter to fill in blanks on forms which means more space for other equipment.
