Phenomenal Customer Service Due to the pandemic, like a lot of people I was forced to work from home. My employer doesn't adequately support us in this task and so one day as a matter of urgency I started the free pdfFiller trial for a month. I set a reminder to cancel my subscription but I didn't complete the cancellation. When the annual subscription fee was taken from my bank account I was devastated, it's a deduction I couldn't afford and my employer would not reimburse me. The team at pdfFiller were amazing. They ensured I successfully cancelled the subscription and they also processed a refund. The speed of response was phenomenal, their empathy towards someone who genuinely could not afford the subscription was so appreciated. How do I update my Preform?

When updates are available, Preform prompts you with the option to download and install the latest version. You can also update Preform manually. To check which version of Preform you have, go to the “Help” menu and select “About Preform.”

How do I use Form 2?

Step 1: Connect cables. Connect power cable to printer and power supply. Step 2: Connect to Wi-Fi (optional) Step 3: Level printer. Step 4: Insert resin tank with wiper. Step 5: Lock wiper. Step 6: Insert build platform. Step 7: Insert resin cartridge.

How do you change a 2 resin tank?

A Form2 tank holds about 250mL of resin when filled. You can change a cartridge in the middle of print. Just pull it out and put the new one in, and you should see a chime on the screen saying cartridge inserted. The resin doesn't wear out, so after one tank is worn out you can pour it into a new tank.
