Such a great company Such a great company. I will use PDFfiller in the future. My company overlooked our Subscription yearly fee which was our fault. I contacted PDFfiller support, Ryan, and explained our oversight. Without questioning he offered to refund our yearly Subscription, which he did, knowing we made a mistake. Easily Forward Documents for a Signature with SignNow

Any document can be easily forwarded for a signature with SignNow. In this way, document workflow productivity and timely document certification are easily achieved. The document organization and signing order tracking are also simple to manage.

For the beginning, you need to import the needed file through the Upload Document option.

Next, open the document.

Add signature field. Drag and drop it from the left side menu.

Add signer and role to the field.

Make field required.

Use Done to save all changes you have made.

Add the email address of the recipient and follow with Invite signing option.

Set up advanced options to specify the expiration date and document recipients. If you want the recipient to send the document to a user, allow forwarding in the Advanced Options.

The maximal expiration date for the request is 180 days. You can set up the amount you need or leave default thirty days. Also, set up a signing reminder term.
