I like the program a lot. You recently changed the format a little. When I want to save a document to my computer, I can't tell it where to save it; it automatically saves it to my downloads, which I do not like. Before you changed the format, I was able to save a PDF completed document to whatever file I needed to on my computer. I would like to be able to do that again.

For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

Great tool! Great tool. I used it only to edit like half a dozen infographics. If anything I would ask for a full color pallet and different shapes for fills and graphics. It could maybe use a little more simplicity of use with the saving/ uploading function but at least functionality is there, no bugs in my experience.

I had an occasion to need a form filler on a ***. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I dont need a *** form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my ****** account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a *** form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.

Cc: and BCC: Reply Basics: When you respond, only reply to those who need to be aware of your comments. If the others in the Cc: field will not benefit or do not need to know the content of your reply, remove their email addresses before replying. If you are Cc:'d, Reply To All is rarely prudent.
Typically, the “CC” (carbon copy) is to keep you in the loop of a conversation even if you're not directly addressed in the message. Whether your reply should be determined case by case. If your participation is relevant to the conversation, then a “reply all” might be in order.
Most email programs have a “Reply All” function: If you click it, every person listed in the original message's “From,” “To” and “Cc” fields also will receive your reply. This differs from simple “Reply,” which will send a response only to the person who sent the original message.
Using cc means that you send the email to another person or other people in addition to the primary recipient or recipients. When you use cc, everyone who receives the email can see who else received it. BCC (blind carbon copy) also sends a copy of the email to one or more people beyond the primary recipient(s).
The CC field does them same thing in a message as the BCC. The CC'd person is on the email but isn't expected to respond but it is done in an open honest way. If you need to copy your boss on an email, copy your boss, but don't pretend they aren't copied in.
