Being able to type into a form that would otherwise be hard to complete.

Once document is finished, it is always like a Easter egg hunt to find its saved location on my PC. Should be in downloads folder, but guess again!

This looks like a great source. My situation become more complicated than anticipated and I had the need for an attorney. Otherwise, this would have worked great.

I inadvertently established trial accounts under two different emails for PDFFILLER.. Although I found the product to be useful and efficient, i decided that I did not have the volume of **** to justify an ongoing subscription and canceled. A paypal charge a month later for a year's subscription alerted me to still having an active acct under a 2nd email address. I immediately contacted customer support via Chat and within a matter of minutes the agent terminated the account and send a credit back to my paypal account. Truly amazing customer service! Further, I would HIGHLY ********* PDFFILLER for any one needing to alter a significant volume of **** -- it is a very good product."

What are the disclosure requirements for leases?
The leases standard includes a disclosure objective intended to provide users of financial statements with information adequate to assess the amount, timing and uncertainty of cash flows arising from leases. Both quantitative and qualitative disclosure requirements will increase for lessors and lessees.
How many types of leases are there going to be under the new leasing standard?
The FAST lessee accounting model retains two types of leases, and is consistent with the lessee accounting model under existing GAAP. One type of lease (finance leases) will be accounted for in substantially the same manner as capital leases are accounted for under existing GAAP.
What is the new lease standard?
2016-02, Leases (Topic 842). FAST issued the new standard to increase transparency and comparability among entities by recognizing leases on the balance sheet and providing more information about leasing arrangements so that users can assess the amount, timing, and uncertainty of cash flows from leases.
Why are new leases standard?
The FAST says the new lease accounting standard aims to increase financial transparency by providing a clearer picture of a company's financial position to creditors, investors and others who use financial statements for decision-making.
Are there still operating leases?
An operating lease is a contract that permits the use of an asset but does not convey ownership rights of the asset. GAAP rules govern accounting for operating leases. A new FAST rule, effective Dec. 15, 2018, requires that all lease sunless they are shorter than 12 months must be recognized on the balance sheet.
Why is the reporting of leases required?
As a result, investors looking at a company's financial statements may have struggled to calculate its true financial obligations. The new rule requires that the most common type of lease be included on a company's balance sheet, potentially giving investors a more accurate picture of a company's health.
Where are operating leases reported?
An operating lease is treated like renting lease payments are considered as operating expenses. Assets being leased are not recorded on the company's balance sheet. They are expensed on the income statement. So, they affect both operating and net income.
How are operating leases reported in the lessee's financial statements?
Operating leases appear as assets on the lessee's balance sheet. Recognizing a lease as a capital lease requires that both the leased asset and lease liability be reported on the balance sheet.
