The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. One minor niggle: I paid on my debit card and it took me back to the website, whereupon I had to pay again to gain access - not sure if I have paid twice or not. Would have been five stars other than for that.

I utilize the feature for certificates of insurance. It’s very nice to have the mobile app to be able to use that when I’m on the go .

The way it saves documents or re-saves them or use as a template is very confusing . And not all of the options on the desktop version are also available on the mobile version .

Disappointed. I thought I had until the end of today to cancel the trial but got charged over $100 for using the service just to get matching employer funds for a donation.

Simple, no BS
Simple, fast, easy. No BS like so many other "free" pdf add-ons. No issues upload, editing, or resaving any of my content. No changes in the PDF while getting in or upload.

I was accidentally billed after…
I was accidentally billed after cancelling my subscription. I contacted the customer service and was completely blown away by the fantastic and prompt support i received. PDF ****** provides a useful service that was difficult to find on other platforms. It does require providing payment info when you sign up for the free trial, but their customer service was extremely polite and helpful when I needed to cancel and get the charge refunded. **** helped me, and if I was in a position to need their service for my job or personal life, I would absolutely renew my subscription.

What happens if you can't find the deeds to your house?
If the deeds went missing or were destroyed while in the custody of a law firm or financial institution then, if satisfied with the evidence, the Land Registry will register the property with an absolute title. If not, then it is usually the case that the property will be registered with a possessor title.
How do I find the deeds to my house?
If you want to see a scanned copy of the deeds that we have on file, start by searching our property information and finding your property's title number. If the register refers to deeds being filed, we should have copies. You can then get a copy of your deeds.
Where can I find the deed for my house?
You need the deed to prove ownership of your house such as when taking out a second mortgage or selling the house. If you or your attorney doesn't have a copy, locate the deed at the county recorder of deeds office. Many deeds can be located by accessing your jurisdiction's online records.
What does a property deed look like?
It typically looks like 2 sheets of legal sized paper with names and a legal description on it. It's called a deed. There is a copy of one in a previous answer. It is not like a car title, all of which are preprinted, and the same.
Do you get a deed when you pay off your house?
When you pay off your mortgage you might be required to pay the mortgagee (the lender) a final fee to cover administration and the return of your deeds). At this time your deeds will be sent to you for safekeeping. You can either keep them safe or ask your bank or solicitors to hold them for you.
Can you sell a property without the deeds?
A: No, as the grant of probate doesn't prove that your mother owned the property. If the property is registered, you needn't worry about the lost house deeds as the Land Registry will hold official copies of all the documents that you would require to sell the property.
Do you need the deeds to sell a house?
There's no legal requirement for a seller to hand over deeds, however most solicitors or conveyances, acting on a buyer's behalf, will get these for you as part of their service. If you contact HM Land Registry then they can let you know whether your property is registered with them or not.
Can you sell a property without land registry?
To sell an unregistered property you need to produce the physical title deeds. These are then handed over to the buyer's conveyance following the sale, who will then submit an application for registration. If the title to your property is not registered at the Land Registry, you can choose to register it at any time.
