I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Everything works wonderfully
Everything works wonderfully. I have not found a program that works better. My only constructive thing to add would be saving and editing. I would like to be able to save the each edit right away then the next like Bluebeam allows.

Great customer support
I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and my request was granted speedily. The customer support is absolutely wonderful.
