It really makes billing a lot easier. The program is really user friendly and it saves all your work It makes it so much easier to print of my cms 1500 forms for insurance billing. What do you like best? I like that I can pretty quickly add fillable fields and combine documents. I create printable packs for travel and RV life and this program has been so great for finishing touches on products. What do you dislike? When I add other documents to an existing one (combining) it renames the document and also makes a new version. This means I sometimes have to search through all the "documents" and even open them up to find what I am looking for. It can be pretty annoying when working on a large document with 20+ pages. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving the problem of needing a PDF editor. I initially needed it for signatures and filling out PDF forms for work. Then I started to use it for personal use in adding fillable fields to products I create, and bundling multiple pages together into PDF format.

Signing Over the Title Some states may require that the document be signed in front of a notary. Once the title has been signed by all parties involved and notarized (if applicable), then ownership of the car has been properly transferred. Signing over a car title to someone is relatively simple.
All car titles must be signed by the owners listed on the title in order to be registered with the state. If the co-owners names are joined with and then both parties must be present to sell the car. Titles using or between the co-owners' names either party can sell the car without the other party present.
Flip your car title over to the back to look for the signature lines. Signatures typically do not go on the front of the title. Fill out the other required areas of the title before signing. Sign the line for seller if you are the person transferring the car title.
You and the buyer will both need to sign the title at the DMV, where a state employee can witness the process. Do not sign it before this. Remove your license plates only after the title has been transferred. These can be put onto a new vehicle, or turned in to the DMV, but they do not go to the buyer.
In many states, a seller is required to sign the back of the existing title along with the date, sale price, and exact odometer reading before handing it over to the buyer. The buyer would then take the title and register it. Have both parties sign it, then send the bill of sale to the DMV.
The sale of a car without the certificate of title can pose risks for both the seller and the buyer. The biggest risk for the seller is continuing liability for the vehicle if ownership is not legally transferred. The absence of a title also means that the buyer cannot insure or register the vehicle.
Failure to pay your fees to DMV within 30 days will result in transfer and use tax penalties. If you sell or transfer ownership of a vehicle to another party, you have 5 days to report the transfer to DMV. You do this by completing a Notice of Transfer and Release of Liability.
California titles require two signatures. The first is in the center of the title and is labeled “Signature of Registered Owner.” A second signature is required for the odometer statement. The field is labeled “Transferor Seller Signature” and is located on the lower left.
so how do you get in contact with the prior owner of a vehicle to get a title you may have bought a car and didn't get a title maybe the person - sold it to you wasn't the title owner maybe you don't know who it is and maybe one of the ideas you have is to contact the prior owner to have them help you get a title because really the only person can get a title is the person who is still legally the owner so how do you do that well first step one is to get the info on that person that may be a difficult thing to do the DMV can't just automatically release that to you it's actually a federal privacy law that prevents the disclosure of vehicle owner information name address contact information unless that owner authorizes it so if you just have this car and you don't know who the owner is you can't just go to DMV and says hey tell me who owns this car so you might have to do a little legwork you might have to look under the seats look for receipts in the glove compartment maybe find out who you got it from to see if they know the owner do whatever you can first before you go the next step the next step is to put in a DPP a request it's kind of like a public records request to the DMV to have them reveal it now you have to sign an affidavit of why you're using it and making sure that reason matches a permissible use many applications to release that information are rejected because the permissible use is not approved so make sure you understand what is allowable under the DPP a you can research that before you send in that request because you want to make sure that your request matches the allowable use so let's say somehow you find the name and address of that title owner you still a lot of work to do because in many cases that person is not living at that address anymore the last title donor is going to tell you the name and address when they applied for the title that may have been 10 years ago they may have moved and even if you get it it doesn't have a phone number it just got their name and their address so the next step is to find where they are now and the best method to do that is to start with social media look for that person's name look for maybe a new phone number for them try to track down where they are at this moment so let's say you find him what are you gonna say to him and how are you gonna contact them you can try phone you can try through social media the message that you use to contact the person is crucially important to getting a favorable response to getting their cooperation the message can't just be hey you need you to get me a title because let me tell you something somebody who had a car three four years ago who doesn't have it anymore they could care less about your title problem rightfully so they didn't do anything wrong they just had this car in fact they might even be a little bit cautious about even talking to you like who is this person asking me about this car they might think it's some kind of scam some kind of...
