I have had nothing but an easy time with this software. It helps me daily with all my forms I need to either add or change something on. It is truly worth the price. Once you get it you will not know how you lived with out it.
I like the ability to edit any PDF document edit it, change it and or recreate it.
I truly have not found any issues with this software it just works.

Very good to be able to edit pdfs
Very good to be able to edit pdfs, though it is still a fairly clunky procedure. But for a free download you can't complain.

Great Customer Service
Used the service on a free trial, was a positive experience but I didn't need it after I was done applying for apartments. Forgot to cancel after my trial and was charged for 2 months, contacted customer service on their live chat and was given the full refund within a minute! World class customer service!

The ability to work in the field without carrying a laptop. I can sign documents and send them securely. This mobility allows me the ability to do more work.

What happens if buyer does not transfer title?
When a vehicle is sold, the protocol for the legal transfer to the new owner starts with the seller signing the certificate of title over to the buyer. The failure or inability to transfer title can temporarily leave the buyer without proof of ownership and the seller liable for the vehicle.
What can I do if I sold a car, and they never registered it?
IMMEDIATELY call your state'DMV office, or go in person to your nearest DMV office, with an old copy of your car's title, registration and proof of insurance, plus the copy you just made of the buyer's Driver's License and the Bill of Sale.
What happens if you sell a car, and they don't register it?
Short of conducting the sale at a DMV office, a buyer can't be forced to register the car. Have both parties sign it, then send the bill of sale to the DMV. If anything happens and the buyer fails to register the car, you'll have the proof needed to say the car is no longer in your name.
How can I prove I sold my car?
How do I get proof of the car sale? You can use the title certificate with the new owner's name, the bill of sale or the sales tax form as proof you sold your car. You can download a bill of sale from your state's DMV website for both parties to sign.

Failure to pay your fees to DMV within 30 days will result in transfer and use tax penalties. If you sell or transfer ownership of a vehicle to another party, you have 5 days to report the transfer to DMV. You do this by completing a Notice of Transfer and Release of Liability.

A new state law requires those who purchase vehicles in a private sale, whether it's in or out of state, to obtain a new title within 30 calendar days or face financial penalties. Failure to title within the 30 days results in an automatic $25 penalty, plus another $25 for each month the title is late.
